Hey there! It’s wonderful to see you and if you are new here welcome to my humble, little blog! ☺️

You can call me Ezri, Dax, Momma, Momma Dax or Momma D. Any and all of those names and nicknames apply. I’m no one special, just one of the millions of single parents out there trying to make it from one day to the next. LOL

Life is crazy, overwhelming, unpredictable and almost too much for all of us sometimes. As a parent, especially a single parent, everyday is filled with all those things and so much more. More often than we would like to acknowledge it can feel like we are completely alone and that the whole world is out to get us, but the truth is that you are not alone. None of us are. There is a community, larger than we can imagine, out there and all we have to do is reach out to each other.

This blog was one that I started a long time ago to help me get through one of the most painful and difficult times in my life (check out my About Me page for more details), but I am hoping that it can become much more than that. While I originally started this as a way to process all the changes that were happening in my life I would love to transform it into a place that can help and support us all. I hope that you, all of you parents out there (single or not) can and will help me make that happen.

While you’re here I hope that you will check out some of my various entries and posts and get to know me, and my story a little bit better. Any comments and/or questions are welcome and most greatly appreciated.
